Our Culture book resonates our school culture, teamwork, and our belief in building relationships to help us have more understanding and mutual bonding at Innovera. In addition to its intrinsic value, culture provides important social and economic benefits. With improved learning and health, increased tolerance, and opportunities to come together with others, culture enhances our quality of life and increases overall well-being for both individuals and communities. The culture maps out the path to become a part of the team. The way we adjust within our family irrespective of all differences, we wish our team to learn the culture and behave like a family. Our leaders are totally focused on organizing, supporting and developing the team as they want to become a leader and lead children gracefully. Our school culture values integrity as a base of conduct because ethical conviction is above all. If choosing the right, regardless of consequences, is the hallmark of integrity. There are special qualities in certain team members that they automatically make them a leader in times of need whether formal and informal. One can observe or read components of our culture, follow patterns and avoid painful trial and error learning or live with fear. We use freedom responsibly to do what is needed within the mutually agreed limits. Whether it is improving our relationships, habits, or skills, we put it on our team agenda.
