Admission Guidelines

Our admissions process is designed to be clear, supportive, and aligned with our belief that every child deserves an environment where they can thrive.

Admission Eligibility

Pre-Primary (Nursery, Jr. KG, Sr. KG)
  • Admission based on age criteria as per the school’s cut-off date.

  • Child should demonstrate age-appropriate developmental readiness.
  • Successful completion of the previous grade.

  • Submission of academic records and supporting documents.
  • Consistent academic performance in the preceding years.

  • Written assessment and/or personal interaction (if applicable).
  • Strong academic background.

  • Entrance assessment in core subjects may be required

Admission Process

Inquiry & School Tour
  • Parents may submit an online inquiry form and visit the school campus.
  • Guided campus tours are available by prior appointment only.

Application Form
  • Application forms are available at the school office.
  • All mandatory fields must be completed and required documents attached.

Student Interaction / Assessment
  • Pre-Primary: Play-based interaction.
  • Grades 1–8: Age-appropriate written assessment or interaction.
  • Grades 9–10: Subject-wise entrance test (where applicable).

Parent Interaction
  • A meeting with the Admission Officer may be scheduled to understand the child’s learning needs and expectations.

Admission Decision
  • Admission is confirmed only upon fee payment and document verification.

Required Documents

  • Birth Certificate (mandatory)
  • Student and Parent photographs
  • Aadhar Card / Valid ID proof (Student & Parents)
  • Previous year’s report card (for Grade 1 and above)
  • Transfer Certificate (for Grade 2 and above)
  • Medical fitness certificate / vaccination record
  • Address proof

    • Note: The school may request additional documents if required.

Fee Information

  • Details of the fee structure will be shared during the counseling session.

     

  • Fees must be paid within the specified timeline to secure the seat.

     

  • All payments must be made through the school’s approved modes of payment.

Important Notes

  • Admission is subject to seat availability.

  • Submission of an application form does not guarantee admission.

  • Incomplete forms or missing documents may delay the admission process.

  • The school reserves the right to conduct further assessments if needed.
