Admission Process

Step-by-Step Procedure

One on one enquiry in school ( Inquiry with appointment will be given first preference) for appointments you may fill the form on the website

Admission and Registration Form will be filled parents to proceed for academic interaction

Academic Interaction / Gap Assessment Test will be conducted

Confirmation of Admission basis above

Complete Required Procedures Including Fee Payment

Physical and soft submission of all Required Self-Attested Documents
7
Receive to the parent app for further process

Important Instructions

While Filling the Form

  • Complete the form only after reviewing all guidelines.
  • Read and accept the Terms & Conditions for Online Payment.
  • Keep your payment details (Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking/UPI) ready.
  • Registration for assessment / interaction  is complete only after successful online payment.
  • Read all details under the Admissions tab:
  • Age Criteria, Form Filling Guidelines, Online Payment Guidelines, Fee Structure, FAQs, Transport & Fees.
  • Fill the age as per birth certificate or school leaving certificate(class 2 and above)

 

Prepare scanned, legible, and correctly formatted documents within the size limits.

Important: Name Consistency

To generate mandatory government IDs such as PEN (Permanent Education Number) and APAAR ID, the student’s name must match exactly across all records:

  • Birth Certificate
  • Aadhaar Card
  • School Records

Name discrepancies may cause issues with future documentation and official verification.

  • Birth Certificate
  • Address Proof
  • Caste Certificate (if applicable)
  • Student’s Aadhaar Card
  • Both the Parents Aadhaar Cards
  • Previous Year’s Report Card (Class 2 & above)
  • Passport-size Photograph of Student
  • Parents’ Photographs
  • Bonafide Certificate (Class I & above)
  • School Leaving Certificate ( Class 1 & above)
  • Medical Fitness Certificate.

The school reserves the right to reject unclear or incorrect documents.

Academic Interaction / Assesment

  • Attendance on the assigned date and time is mandatory.
    No rescheduling requests will be accepted without valid reasons.
  • Both parents and the candidate must be present.
  • Be prepared for a waiting period due to unforeseen delays.
  • For online interactions, instructions will be sent via email/SMS/ WhatsApp

Results will be communicated only through email , SMS or WhatsApp as per the Admission Schedule.

Pre-School (Afternoon Batch) 12:00 PM – 3:30 PM
Primary (Classes I–IV) 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Secondary (Classes V–X) 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM

Note: No age criteria for Class IV and above.
Students must currently (2025–26) be studying in the class immediately prior to the one applied for.
