I wish I could talk to you directly and share my thoughts however will try to communicate through this small writeup of my thoughts which will revolve around three things
Values , Purpose and Growth

At Innovera we believe education is not limited to books, exams, or classrooms. Education is life itself. It is about the lessons, values, courage and wisdom we carry lifelong. Bachchon ko sirf syllabus nahi, zindagi seekhni chahiye — respect, gratitude, discipline, compassion, integrity. These are the foundations of a meaningful life. Our aim is to nurture children who are confident yet humble, intelligent yet kind, ambitious yet grounded.

I truly believe that every child has a reason to come to school—and it should never be fear, pressure, or just the morning bell.
The team sees most of them beaming with pride and happiness and they enter the gates in the morning.
My belief is deeply in inclusivity. Not every child will excel academically, and that is completely okay. Some children shine in exams, some on the sports field, some on stage, some in the art room, and some take time to discover where their strengths lie. Children who struggle academically are not weak—they are simply strong in different ways, and they deserve equal encouragement and respect.
Giving due and equal importance to skills and academics is the core at Innovera. Marks matter, but so do dance steps, musical notes, paint-splattered creativity, sporting spirit, and confidence. Education is not only about grades; it is about preparing children for life. Hence in the effort to make them easily accepted, I give a lot of time to guide their parents. Children would have a happy disposition only if they have exposure to happy home and happy school.
I want children to feel happy about coming to school. A happy child learns better, grows confidently, and carries positive memories of school into adulthood. School should feel safe, joyful, and welcoming—a place where children feel they belong.
Children at school should have a great rapport with their teachers, they should share a warm, respectful relationship as they learn and grow together. Teachers are mentors, guides, and supporters—and sometimes magicians who find lost lunch boxes and turn worries into smiles. When children feel understood, learning becomes natural.
And yes, every good story needs a villain.
At Innovera as we weave the beautiful story for each child, I proudly take on that role as the Principal.
I am strict when necessary, dramatic during assemblies, and happily blamed for rules, discipline, and a great counsellor when they need a leaning shoulder, the whole is as an effort so that teachers can remain friendly and classrooms can stay happy unconditionally.
Above all, I believe every child matters, every talent deserves recognition, and every child should have a reason to smile when they walk into school each day and that’s my sole pursuit at Innovera School, daily.

A school is not only a place of learning but also a space where safety, discipline, and values shape young minds. My primary focus will be to strengthen the school’s security infrastructure by integrating robust physical security measures with smart, technology-enabled systems. This includes reviewing access controls, surveillance mechanisms, emergency preparedness to ensure a safe and secure environment for every student, staff member, and visitors.
Equally important is the cultivation of discipline as a way of life, not through fear, but through consistency, respect, and accountability. I believe discipline builds character, resilience, and leadership—qualities essential for students to succeed not only academically but also as responsible citizens of tomorrow.
I look forward to working closely with the management, teachers, parents, and students to create an ecosystem that is secure, well-organized, and future-ready, while upholding the core values.
