The Parents’ Workshop is one of the key strengths of our school, where parents and the school work together to make learning easier and more meaningful for our children. These workshops are conducted every month. During the session, our teachers explain the upcoming month’s syllabus and share what will be taught, how it will be taught, and why the topics are important. This helps parents stay actively involved in their child’s learning journey and support them better at home.
We invite parents to visit our school and share their valuable feedback with us. During their visit, they may explore any area of the school except the office section. They are free to observe any classroom and provide feedback on even the smallest aspects—whether related to teaching, safety and security, or the school’s hygiene. Parents fill out an observation form and discuss their suggestions with the Principal afterwards.
Another achievement of ours is that we welcome parents who wish to teach any particular topic in any class, regardless of which class their own child is studying in. They simply need to show their interest and connect with the Class RM. The rest of the arrangements will be taken care of by us.
Our teachers visit each child’s home to understand their family environment and daily routine after school. They observe how the child spends time at home—who helps them with studies, their screen time, indoor and outdoor activities, sleeping habits, etc.
At Innovera School, the Principal and the School Counsellor work closely to provide continuous support to our parent community. Parenting guidance is offered regularly, ensuring families feel informed and empowered throughout their child’s school journey.
We provide individual counseling for parents who seek personalized guidance, allowing them to address specific concerns related to their child’s academic, emotional, or social development.
In addition, group sessions are conducted throughout the year. These sessions help parents understand age-appropriate challenges, share experiences, and learn practical strategies that support their children’s growth. The topics are tailored to the developmental needs of different age groups, ensuring relevance and meaningful benefit for all families.
Grandparents’ Day at our school is a heartfelt celebration that honours the unconditional love, wisdom, and lifelong guidance that grandparents bring into a child’s world. Grandparents play an essential role in nurturing values, passing down traditions, and providing emotional security, making them an irreplaceable part of every family. Our celebration creates a joyful space where children and their grandparents participate together in songs, games, and meaningful activities that highlight their special bond. The day is filled with smiles, storytelling, and cherished moments as our little ones proudly perform for their grandparents and express gratitude through handmade tokens of love. Grandparents’ Day reflects our commitment to fostering strong family connections and celebrating the invaluable role elders play in shaping the character and confidence of every child.
Family Day at our school is a celebration of joy, togetherness, and parent–child bonding. The event invites families into the school environment to participate in creative activities, fun games, and heartwarming moments with their little ones. A unique highlight of our Family Day is the special gesture where fathers come together to prepare a delicious meal for all mothers and children, adding warmth, teamwork, and community spirit to the celebration. With beautifully curated setups, engaging activities, and memorable performances by our children, Family Day reflects our belief that learning grows stronger when families and schools celebrate as one.
